Many parents feel isolated without close family or friends and struggle with mental health issues.
Parents, especially those in rural areas or those with a disability can struggle to access support services in their area.
Some parents feel uncomfortable seeking help in person and younger parents/carers often feel more confident in seeking help ‘digitally’ online or via text.
Our telephone, text and email, National Parent Support service helps parents and carers manage the challenges they face, get practical tips and information as well as longer term support with more complex issues and social isolation.
